Cancellation & Refund Policies

You may cancel, change, or request a full refund for any course within 14 calendar days of purchase, for any reason, subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund request guidelines+

All courses have a full refund deadline of 14 days from the purchase date. Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial periods. You may cancel at any time to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Please note that Premium products are not covered by standard subscriptions and must be purchased individually. Cancellation or refund of Premium products is subject to separate terms.

Any refund fees can be transferred to another course or subscription by contacting the Support team by emailing hello@buildfuture.me.

Cancellations received after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time depending on your financial institution’s policies. Please note that some banks may take longer. If you don't receive your refund within this time frame, please give your bank a call.

Customers are requested not to initiate chargebacks as a method of obtaining refunds. In the event of a chargeback, we will provide documentation including proof of service and correspondence to the payment processor. In this case, the chargeback will be processed on our part with the providing of all data, including proof of service provided on our part and the correspondence between the platform and the user.

If a chargeback is initiated, resolution may take up to 50 business days, depending on the payment processor.

To cancel a SUBSCRIPTION, you can manage it by emailing hello@buildfuture.me

You will receive a written confirmation from our Support team within 48 hours of your cancellation request. If no response is received within 48 hours, the date of your original request will be honored as the effective cancellation date.

In case of waiting for a response from the support service for more than 48 hours, the date of the subscription cancellation request will be considered the date of your actual first request.
